Spearhead development and implementation of long term plan for new cloud based graphics system. Full accountability for project workflow, alignment with industry partners, and business / partnership development.

Planned and managed conversion of standardized traffic and sales system enterprise-wide. Developed and consolidated financial system, including setting reporting standards and documentation for sox compliance. Designed and established electronic workflows dashboards and procedures for sales, accounting and corporate, with additional responsibility for web and digital content development. Managed all it functions, including applications, hardware and systems development, engineering, traffic and newsroom development. Held responsibility for enterprise-wide it development supporting integration of traditional broadcast engineering with new pc-based systems. Oversaw sales and traffic systems, and conducted weekly and monthly operational meetings. Established new vendor relations, while maximizing value from existing vendors. Worked directly with CFO and Chairman as corporate project leader on all capital and it projects, and delivered presentations to promote adoption of new technologies to reduce operational costs. Implemented consolidated accounting system and procedures, and conducted internal RFPs and ROI analysis for proposed projects. Developed first mobile workforce and CRM applications
