Planned and managed conversion of standardized traffic and sales system enterprise-wide. Developed and consolidated financial system, including setting reporting standards and documentation for sox compliance. Designed and established electronic workflows dashboards and procedures for sales, accounting and corporate, with additional responsibility for web and digital content development. Developed social media initiatives for newsroom and station promotion in local markets.
