Ken Krupp

Ken Krupp (Lead Consultant/Project Manager) has over 25 years of experience in global telecommunications working with clients in all areas of IT/Telecommunications.

He began his career by designing and launching one of the earliest comprehensive customer contact centers for an international airline. This pioneering effort included selection and implementation of PBX and call routing technology, defining and sourcing an array of specialized network services and even hiring and training the technical, customer service and supervisory personnel.

As a Senior Consultant/Director of Audit Services for DTS, Ken’s focus was on providing full service telecom expense assessments. This included traditional wireline services, advanced voice and data technologies, converged networks and an expanding array of wireless services.

His current consulting work includes assisting clients with network inventories, bill audits, contract negotiations and vendor management.  Ken’s expertise in IP/PBX and voice application design, installation and maintenance allows him to provide a comprehensive perspective in all his assessments.

Throughout his career Ken has attained technical certifications and hands-on experience with systems from Siemens, ROLM, Octel, Dytel, Centigram, Executone and SIPxchange.  He has extensive experience working with exchange carriers, service providers, vendors and corporations in 28 countries on 6 continents.

Ken currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Society of Telecommunications Consultants and the STC Professional Education Committee.  He has been a regular presenter at STC conferences as well as the CCMI Mobile Explosion and CCMI Total Telecom Audit conferences.  A regular contributor to The Voice Report, Ken has also articles published in a variety of industry publications.

Ken has completed the full ITIL certification program, attained Cadence Project Management certification and completed the ASTD “Train-the-Trainer” program.
