Ms. English is a seasoned consultant with diverse skills in technology, interpersonal communications and leadership. She has demonstrated success in creating, organizing and leading cross-functional teams to meet clients’ needs with special skills in managing complex, multi-location projects and telecommunications related construction projects. Her skills also include RFP development and procurement, premises equipment and infrastructure, data center initiatives, and management of day-to-day telecommunications operations. With over 25 years of program management, project management, renewable energy, telecommunications, and networking background with public and private clients domestically and internationally, Ms. English is ideally suited for a broad range of engagements.
Beth holds a Master of Commercial Project Management degree from George Washington University, a Master of Telecommunications degree from the University of Denver, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from West Virginia University.
